Transcora Logistics provides Sea Freight (FCL, LCL), Air Freight, Land Transportation, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing & Distribution, Relocation Services, Drop Shipping, and Customs Consulting. Transcora Logistics reserves the right to refuse, suspend or discontinue any service at its sole discretion.
You agree to provide accurate information, comply with all applicable laws, not use services for unlawful purposes, ensure proper packing and documentation, and not ship prohibited goods without consent. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.
â Transcora Logistics accepts no liability for delays, penalties or losses arising from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information supplied by the Customer.
Quotations are valid for the period specified. Prices exclude taxes, duties, and customs fees unless stated. Transcora Logistics reserves the right to adjust charges for carrier surcharges. Payment due within agreed credit terms. Transcora Logistics shall have a general lien on all goods in its possession for all sums due.
Transcora Logistics shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for loss/damage to goods is limited as per international conventions. Not liable for force majeure events, ETA changes, or inaccurate information from customers. Customers are strongly advised to arrange adequate cargo insurance.
All content on the Transcora Logistics website is the property of Transcora Logistics Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent. The Transcora Logistics name and logo are trademarks of Transcora Logistics Limited.
